Hand-wash gently with mild dish soap and lukewarm water using a soft sponge, then wipe dry immediately with a clean towel. Never soak wooden tableware in water, and never place items in a dishwasher or microwave, as extreme thermal shifts can damage natural timber fibers. To maintain their luster, re-buff with a few drops of coconut or mineral oil every few weeks.
