Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically inspected, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Artisan Batches & Custom Bundles: Because our products are hand-turned from solid timber blocks, select made-to-order collections or custom gift sets may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for proper curing and inspection before dispatch.

Deliveries take place Monday through Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Timelines may experience minor delays during extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or nationwide logistics slowdowns.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods

  • Standard Shipping Rates: Calculated transparently at checkout based on package weight and dimensional volume.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment: Available for orders nationwide up to specified order limits. Advance may be charged to confirm the order. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready upon delivery to facilitate a smooth handover.
  • Prepaid Orders: Processed through secure bank transfer, receiving expedited queue priority in our fulfillment center.

Delivery Protocols & Inspection

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact details (including a working contact number, Whatsapp Number and exact street address). Couriers make up to two delivery attempts before returning undelivered packages to our central facility.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Please ensure an authorized individual is available at the provided delivery address to sign and collect the parcel.
  • Exterior Package Integrity: If the outer courier flyer or carton shows extreme signs of transit tampering or puncture, please record a quick video or photograph prior to accepting the parcel, and notify our customer concierge within 24 hours.
