We take profound pride in our craftsmanship, and our priority is ensuring your dining space receives the exact heirloom quality we promise.

Handcrafted Authenticity & Natural Wood Characteristics

Because our tableware is 100% natural and cured with organic food-safe oils rather than synthetic chemical sealants:

  • Natural grain depth, subtle tonal shifts, and authentic mineral streaks are inherent to live wood and celebrate its unique organic origin.
  • Dimensions and weights may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of artisanal lathe turning.
  • These natural timber characteristics are part of the piece’s individual character and are not classified as flaws.

The Lakri Transit Care & Resolution Process

Every order leaves our workshop in protective packaging.

In the rare event that a package reaches your doorstep with exterior structural compromise or an unforeseen handling defect that impairs the functional integrity of the item, our concierge team is here to assist.

To qualify for an operational review:

  1. Notice Window: Contact our customer concierge within 24 hours of courier delivery.
  2. Verification Requirements: Share clear, well-lit photographs or a brief unboxing video displaying:
    • The outer courier box and waybill label.
    • The protective interior packaging.
    • The specific area of functional concern on the unused item.
  3. Condition of Goods: The item must remain completely unused, unwashed, and unseasoned, preserved in its original branded protective box with all inserts intact.

Due to strict food-safety and hygiene protocols for kitchenware and dining essentials, items that have been washed, oiled, put into food contact, or reported after the 24-hour delivery window cannot be accepted for review.

Resolution & Next Steps

Once our quality inspection team verifies the transit documentation:

  • If a structural compromise is validated, we will promptly arrange a complimentary replacement dispatch of the matching piece to ensure your set is complete.
  • If the exact artisan batch is out of rotation, our team will coordinate a store credit voucher or an agreed alternative piece of equal value.
  • We manage resolutions through product replacements and store credits; cash refunds are not part of our operational model.

Proper Care to Preserve Your Heirloom

Solid wood is living, breathable wood that lasts generations when treated with basic care. Structural issues resulting from dishwashers, microwave exposure, prolonged water soaking, extreme heat, or improper domestic storage fall outside our replacement coverage.
